Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bows Boutiques

To make a return, please ensure your items are unworn, with tags still attached, and that your order was delivered within the last 14 days.

We unfortunately can not accept returns after 14 days from your delivery date. 

1.    Please fill out this form included in your delivery.

2.    Repackage your items securely with this form inside.

If you no longer have the form, please include a note clearly stating your name, order number, the name and colour of the item you’re returning, and the reason for the return.

3.    Post the parcel to: Bows Boutiques Returns Team, 32-36 Garman Road, Tottenham, London, N17 0EW – we suggest you obtain a tracking number as your parcel will only be refunded when it reaches the returns team. You will need tracking should you need to claim with your courier.

4.    Returns are processed usually within 24 hours of reaching the returns team. We do not offer an exchange. You will be refunded only to the original payment method.

Important: Returns with stains, missing tags, perfume, or any signs of wear on inspection will not be refunded and will be returned to you. If your item is outside the 14-day returns window, your order will also be returned to you. Please ensure you check all of these before posting items back.

Faulty Item:If your item has a manufacturing fault, please email customercare@bowsboutiques.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 Our team will review and arrange a suitable resolution. If you return the item without a confirmation email from customer service, the returns cost will not be refunded and your item may be rejected and posted back to you. 

Fair Use Returns Policy

At Bows Boutiques, we aim to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience for all our customers. We understand that occasionally items may not be suitable and need to be returned. However, to ensure our service remains sustainable and fair, we operate a Fair Use Returns Policy alongside our standard Returns Policy.

What we consider fair use

Fair use of our returns service generally means:

  • Ordering items with the genuine intention of keeping them

  • Returning items occasionally when they are unsuitable

  • Maintaining a return rate that is consistent with typical customer behaviour

What we consider misuse

We may consider return behaviour to be unfair or excessive if it includes, but is not limited to:

  • A consistently high volume or frequency of returns

  • Ordering multiple items with the intention of returning most or all of them

  • Repeated returns across multiple orders

  • Behaviour that falls significantly outside the average customer return pattern

This assessment is based on patterns over time, not on individual orders or isolated returns.

Account reviews and actions

Where we identify return activity that appears to misuse our returns service, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Contact you to notify you that your account has been reviewed

  • Issue a warning regarding continued return behaviour

  • Restrict or disable returns on your account

  • Close your Bows Boutiques account

These actions may be taken even if returned items meet our standard returns conditions and are within the stated returns window.

Important information

  • Each account is reviewed individually

  • Decisions are made at the sole discretion of Bows Boutiques

  • Account closures are final and accounts cannot be reopened or recreated

  • Outstanding or approved returns will be handled in line with our standard Returns Policy

Our right to refuse service

Bows Boutiques reserves the right to refuse returns, restrict accounts, or decline future orders where we believe our returns policy is being misused, in order to protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers.
